Directions to St. Thomas the Apostle Church

Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 17 North (Hempstead Ave.) Follow Hempstead Avenue north two traffic lights. At the second light make a left hand turn on to Nassau Blvd. Follow Nassau Blvd. to the fourth traffic light (Hempstead Turnpike). Make a right turn onto Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24 East). Continue for two miles until you come to Westminster Road. Make a left. The Church is on the right hand side just after the school.

Take the Long Island Expressway to Willis Avenue South. Proceed on Willis Ave. south until you reach Old Country Road. Make a right hand turn onto Old Country Road (West) to Franklin Avenue. Make a left hand turn from Old Country Road onto Franklin Ave.(South). Proceed on Franklin Ave. to Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24). Make a right onto Hempstead Turnpike (West). Proceed on Hempstead Turnpike (west) until you arrive at Westminster Road (a Gulf station on the right and National Liquidators on the left). Make a right turn onto Westminster Road. The Church is on the right hand side just after the school.

Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 17 North (Hempstead Ave.) Follow Hempstead Avenue north two traffic lights. At the second light make a right hand turn into the Chapel parking lot.

Or

Take the Long Island Expressway to the Cross Island Parkway south. At parkway split, take Southern State Parkway east. Proceed east to Exit 17 North (Hempstead Ave.) Follow Hempstead Avenue north two traffic lights. At the second light make a right hand turn into the Chapel parking lot.
