Dear Parents and Guardians: It is time to plan for the next school year of Religious Education. In order to organize the classes and recruit the teachers for next year, we need to have you register now. The fees for the 2008-2009 year will be as follows: EARLY REGISTRATION FEES: If registered and paid by JUNE 30, 2008: $90 - one child; $105 - two children; $125 - three or more children. After June 30, 2008; the fee will be: $125 - one child; $140 - two children; $160 - three or more children.
The fees cover the cost of the book ($30 per child), the costs of printing, mailings, paper, phones, craft supplies, duplication fees, computer fees, heat, salaries and many other expenses. This fee is only a portion of what it costs to educate your child. The fee must accompany the registration form. If the entire fee cannot be paid at once, we will be happy to accept partial payment. Please call us at 538-7460 to set up a payment plan. In order to update our records, we are asking you to check over the information about your child or completely fill out the enclosed registration form for your children. Please fill out the "Comment" information space with any information (medications, allergies, learning disabilities, family situations) that will help us to place and work with your child in the best way possible. All information will remain confidential. Our teachers are volunteer adults and local high school students from the parish. We are always in need of teachers on a regular and substitute basis. For your convenience, there is an addressed envelope for you to enclose your form and fee and a registration form for first graders and any new registrants. All those registering children for the first time must enclose a copy of the child’s Baptismal Certificate. In the beginning of September, you will receive a letter with your child(ren)’s class assignments and room numbers. If you are not registered by June 30th, we cannot accept any special requests (i.e. placing children in the same class for car pools). If you are not registered, you will not receive a letter or a class assignment. No registrations or class assignments will be accepted the first week of classes. (This is to insure the smooth running of classes that day). Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
