We are opening our pantry effective July 1, 2020 with the following hours and new procedures:   Monday - Thursday: 10:00AM - 3:30PM   All donations are to be scheduled by calling Human Services (516-538-7465) prior to bringing your donation to the Rectory Meeting Room.  Anyone entering Human Services (RMR) is required to wear a mask.  No donations are to be left in the Church or Chapel at this time.   Please see the "Pantry List" (click here) offered to our clients for items we need for us to distribute to those in need. ...

Weekend Masses for June 20-21
Thanks to all who attended our Masses last weekend – the first public Masses held in our church and chapel in three months. A Message from Irene Peplinski, Director of Human Services
I am pleased to report that last week we delivered and distributed over 70 pantry bags to our families in need after being closed for ten weeks!  Also included in the bags were supermarket gift cards that totaled over $1,700.  Recipients called the office with extreme gratitude, joy, and appreciation for the food and cards!  They were beyond happy!!  Thank you to all that made this possible: Msgr. Church Bells Ring

Church bells have been the traditional way to summon the congregation to worship. In the Catholic tradition they are also rung at 6:00AM, 12NOON and 6:00PM to invite Catholics to pray the Angelus. In our parish, we ring the Angelus twice, at 12NOON and 6:00PM.   Because in the current crisis people are not being invited to worship, we are taking advantage of our carillon technology to invite those within the sound of the carillon to pray in their homes.
