New Summer Program at St. Thomas School!

You Can Sponsor Our New Church Bells!
As Christians, the bells ringing from a church tower remind us of God’s presence in the world.  They summon us to celebrate Mass, peal forth joyfully on wedding days and toll on the occasion of funerals to remind us to pray for a departed soul.  Here at St. Thomas we recently replaced our antiquated,  unrepairable, bell system with new technology  that enables us to once again call people for worship and to celebrate special occasions. Make Plans for "Memphis in May!"

Farewell to Father Noel on March 12th
Congratulations to Father Noel who will be leaving St. Thomas to take up an assignment as a pastor in the Diocese of Beaumont, Texas. He will celebrate the 10:30 am Mass on Sunday, March 12, as his farewell Sunday Mass at St. Thomas.  Mass will be followed by a reception in the Msgr. Smith Auditorium.  Please come, one and all, to thank Father Noel for his service to a parish for more than a decade!

Lent is a time of: Prayer - Fasting - Almsgiving. As we begin our Lenten journey, let us remember those in need who are suffering their crosses each and every day by taking a leaf from the Lenten Living Tree and replacing it with a flower from the basket. As the Living Tree blooms, the flowers reflect our spiritual growth during our Lenten journey as we prepare for the Resurrection of Our Lord. Chapel Weekday Masses Resume March 20th
The weekday Masses in the Chapel on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. will resume on Monday, March 20th.  Weekday Masses at 9am in the Lower Church will remain on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
