On Ash Wednesday, we will receive the sign of the cross with blessed ashes on our foreheads as a symbol of our intention to change our lives and turn more toward God.  This year’s Ash Wednesday schedule is: At the Church (24 Westminster Rd.): 7:45am (Mass) 12:10pm (Mass) 6:00pm (Service) At the Chapel (Nassau Blvd. & Hempstead Ave.): 9:00am (Mass) 5:30pm (Service) 7:30pm (Mass)

There is such a great need for service in the life of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish and often a huge number of young people who want to help those in need.  This Service Corps is one way to make this connection. If you’ve ever thought about joining the Coffee Crew but weren’t sure if it’s for you, now’s your chance to give it a try as a substitute. You’ll receive a call when a sub is requested, then you can accept or decline depending on your availability for that day. As you serve, you’ll get to meet other members of our St. Thomas Parish Family, welcome newcomers and visitors, and make everyone feel more at home as they enjoy food, drink and fellowship.
